Mema'S Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 small can Carnation milk
11 large marshmallows
1 small pkg. milk chocolate morsels
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 cake mix

Preparation

Boil one minute on medium heat (rolling hard boil), reserving nuts.
Use on layers of white or chocolate cake mix.
Bake as directed on box.
Sprinkle nuts on each layer.
