Herb Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
3 tsp. chives (fresh or dried)
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
3 ribs celery
1 tsp. celery flakes
1 tsp. dill weed
2 Tbsp. pickle relish
2 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of salt and pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook potatoes (with peelings on); cool and peel, then cube and combine with other vegetables and eggs.
Mix herbs, spices and relish with mayonnaise and sour cream.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together and chill.
