Cold Day Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 carrot
    1 onion
    1 stalk celery
    5 c. water
    8 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/3 c. butter
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes and carrots.
    Dice onion and celery. Add 5 cups of water.
    Cook until nearly tender, not mushy.
    Add chicken bouillon cubes and evaporated milk.
    Add butter and parsley flakes.
    Season to taste.
