Hot Crab Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, whipped stiff
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. flaked crab
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese
    rounds or squares bread
    paprika
Preparation
    Fold mayonnaise and crab into egg white.
    Season to taste with Worcestershire, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Refrigerate. Toast bread.
    Just before serving, spread with crab mixture, then sprinkle with paprika.
    Broil for 2 or 3 minutes, until puffed and delicately browned; serve at once.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
