Sleepy Butterscotch Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    4 c. oven toasted rice cereal
    2 c. whole wheat flakes cereal
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat.
    Add sugar; stir well.
    Add marshmallows; cook until marshmallows melt, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; stir in cereal.
    Press cereal mixture evenly into the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
    Let cool for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    18 servings.
    (Serving 1 x 3 x 2-inch bars.)
