South Of The Border Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can tomato soup
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can mushrooms
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat, large onion and bell pepper; cook until tender.
    Drain.
    Add 1 can Ro-Tel, 1 can tomato soup, 1 package taco seasoning and 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces); blend well. Add Velveeta cheese and blend until completely melted.
    Stir in 2 cups cooked rice.
    Simmer.
