Wilted Lettuce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
bacon drippings
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sugar
garlic salt and pepper to taste
bite-sized lettuce (for 4 salads)
2 hard-boiled eggs, minced
Preparation

Fry bacon and remove from skillet.
To bacon drippings, add remaining ingredients, except lettuce and eggs.
Bring sauce to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour over lettuce immediately and cover for at least 1 minute, until lettuce wilts.
Sprinkle with minced eggs and crumbled bacon.
Serve at once.
