1 red or white onion, diced fine
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. sugar or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
4 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise *
2 Tbsp. sour cream *
1 tsp. lemon juice or wine vinegar
