Bread And Celery Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. stale Bread Crumbs
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 c. Butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 c. Water, boiling
3/4 c. Celery, finely cut
2 Eggs
3 Apples
Preparation
-
Pour water over bread and let stand for 20 minutes.
Squeeze out extra water.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Make just before serving cooked turkey or roasted chicken.
