Chocolate Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. cake flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
ice cream (vanilla)
Preparation

Beat 4 egg yolks until light and fluffy.
Beat 4 egg whites; add vanilla and sugar.
Fold in egg yolk mixture.
Add flour and cocoa.
Put in buttered wax paper.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
When baked, put on powdered sugar towel and roll like a jelly roll.
Put in refrigerator.
When ready to serve, spread with ice cream and roll back up.
Keep refrigerated.
