Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    5 c. chicken broth
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
    grated peel of 1 orange
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. oil
    4 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Bring rice and chicken broth to a boil.
    Turn down heat and simmer 35 to 45 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add pecans, raisins, orange peel and onions.
    Mix oil and orange juice; pour over salad. Refrigerate.
    Serve at room temperature.
