Microwave Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 single pie crust
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. pecan halves or chopped pecans
Preparation

Put butter in medium mixing bowl, microwave on High until butter melts.
Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
Beat at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
Microwave on High for 15 to 17 minutes or until set.
Rotate pie plate every 5 minutes.
Cool completely.
