Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir butter into potatoes. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk; add honey. Mix baking powder, sugar and flour. Add milk and potatoes. Press into a circle 3/4-inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, approximately 17 to 18 minutes. Yield: 16 to 18 biscuits.
