Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs;
    add sugar, oil and zucchini, beating after each addition.
    Sift
    dry
    ingredients
    and
    add
    to zucchini mixture. Add nuts and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for 2 loaves,
    30 minutes for 12 \"Texas\" muffins and 20 minutes for 24 regular muffins.
