Dilly Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    4 heads dill
    2 lb. green beans
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salt
Preparation
    Put the first 3 ingredients in bottom of each pint jar.
    Put the beans in four pint jars.
    Bring the water, vinegar and salt to a boil.
    Pour brine over beans.
    Seal with Ball type lids.
    Makes 4 pints.
    Does not have to be processed.
