Fiesta Potato Dippers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (24 oz.) bag frozen potato wedges with skin
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/3 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Toss potato wedges with oil and chili powder.
Transfer to cookie sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Mix together cheese, sour cream and cilantro until well blended. Makes 1 cup.
