Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium size red potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain well and mash.
Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper.
Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer just until smooth.
Spoon potato mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Drizzle top evenly with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
Serve immediately.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
