Volcano Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (46 oz.) Dole pineapple juice
    2 cans (6 oz.) frozen limeade concentrate
    2 qt. (32 oz.) ginger ale
    2 pt. orange or lemon sherbet
Preparation
    Pour pineapple juice and limeade into a punch bowl to blend. Just before serving, add ginger ale and scoops of sherbet. Garnish with fruit; examples:
    strawberries, pineapple chunks or orange slices.
    Makes approximately 50 (4 ounce) servings.
