Tossed Italian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, torn (any variety)
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    2 to 3 medium tomatoes, cut in eighths
    1 c. croutons
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix oil, garlic salt, Worcestershire and lemon juice in jar for dressing.
    Separately, sprinkle lettuce with cheese.
    Add onion, bacon and croutons.
    Let stand until ready to serve.
    Just before serving, add tomatoes.
    Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly.
