Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 pods jalapeno peppers, chopped
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. taco sauce mix
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with taco sauce mix. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients and pour 1/2 of the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Spread meat mixture on that.
    Pour remaining half of corn bread mixture on top of meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Invert on plate and serve hot.
