Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1 c. orange juice
    1 orange in sections
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with flour and salt.
    Brown in fat in a skillet.
    Combine sugar, nutmeg and raisins with orange juice. Pour over chops in skillet.
    After chops are well browned, cook, covered, at
    low heat 45 minutes.
    Place orange sections on chops.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
    Serves 4.
