Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. beer
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Mix together.
Dredge fish/shrimp in plain flour, then dip in batter mixture.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
