Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large cabbage leaves
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook cabbage leaves a few minutes in boiling water and drain. Place remaining ingredients (using only 2 tablespoons soup) mixed together and roll up into the cabbage leaves.
    Place in large saucepan or crock-pot.
    Add remaining soup, pour over cabbage rolls.
    Simmer approximately 40 minutes, lifting occasionally, until done to keep from sticking.
    If the soup gets too thick, you can add a small amount of water.
