Ingredients

5 large potatoes
10 1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese soup
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of onion salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
12 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Peel and slice potatoes.
Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Mix Cheddar cheese with 1/2 can of milk; pour over potatoes.
Brown hamburger; add salt, pepper and onion salt.
Add tomato soup.
Let simmer 10 minutes, then put on top of potatoes.
Do not mix.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
Remove from oven.
Add cheese on top.
Bake until cheese is melted.
