6 Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced potatoes
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    green pepper rings (to garnish)
Preparation
    Layer in greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper after each item.
    Place pepper rings on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
