Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    2 medium white onions
    5 plum tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. thyme
    3/4 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and slice 1/4-inch thick.
    Slice onions 1/4-inch thick.
    Layer 1/2 of the potatoes, onions and tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 each of salt, thyme and rosemary.
    Repeat layers and seasonings.
    Drizzle with oil, cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
    Serves 8.
    Each 3/4 cup serving contains 105 calories.
