Lavosh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    sesame seed
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Sift dry
    ingredients
    together.
    Cut
    butter into mixture. Add buttermilk;
    stir together.
    Divide dough into size of tennis balls.
    Flour
    pastry cloth.
    With rolling pin, roll dough out about
    1/16-inch
    thick.
    Sprinkle\tsesame\tseed and poppy seed. Roll
    over\tagain to set seed into dough.
    Grease cookie sheet or flat
    pan.\tPlace
    dough on sheet; bake until slightly browned. Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for about 8 minutes, or until brown.
