Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    salt and pepper
    fresh spinach leaves
    crumbled hard-boiled egg
    crumbled bacon
    mushrooms, sliced
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients to make dressing. Combine last 5 minutes to make salad. Pour dressing over salad and enjoy!\tCan be served as main course or side dish.
