Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
    5 medium potatoes, cut in half
    2 c. carrots, cut in 1-inch chunks
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced celery, cut up
    2 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine raw meat with all other ingredients.
    Put in crock-pot or 3-quart casserole.
    Cover with lid. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours or on low in crock-pot all day.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
