Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
2 garlic pods, minced
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. Marsala wine
5 Tbsp. flour
2 lb. meat, slivered
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 (4 oz.) mushroom pieces
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Saute onions until clear and set aside.
Add more oil and saute meat, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and paprika until meat is grey.
Add water, tomato juice and onion and simmer covered for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Add Marsala wine and sour cream and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve over cooked wide egg noodles.
