Carolyn'S Tomato Hot Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large dishpan cut up tomatoes (about 2/3 gal.)
    2 large onions, diced
    1 1/2 c. chopped hot pepper
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    dash of hot Texas Pete
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Add all together.
    Cook down low until thick as you like. Sterilize jars.
    Boil cups and lids.
    Fill jars and seal.
