Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. salt
dash of oregano
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and pour off grease.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, oregano and mustard together.
Grease 13x9x2 inch baking pan well. Spread bread cubes on bottom of pan.
Layer sausage, then cheese. Pour milk mixture over all.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
