Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 large can tomato juice (46 oz. less 1 cup)
Preparation

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except tomato juice.
Form into balls and place in large baking dish.
Cover with tomato juice, cover dish and bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour longer after basting meat with juice.
The tomato gravy cooks down and requires no thickening.
