Soft Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine flour, soda and salt; set aside.
    Melt butter, sugar and water; heat just to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla and chips until mixture is smooth. Transfer to mixing bowl.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Cool 15 minutes. Gradually blend in flour mixture.
    Spread into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
