Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork chops
1 c. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. each: pepper, cumin and salt
Preparation

Arrange chops in baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
Pour over chops; cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove chops from pan and pour sauce in a small saucepan.
Bake chops at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
While chops are baking, bring sauce to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Pour sauce over chops and serve.
