Hot Fudge Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, mix flour and sugar; set aside.
Combine water, oil, margarine and cocoa in a saucepan; bring to a rapid boil.
Remove from heat; stir well.
Pour into flour and sugar mixture.
Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes in a well-greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
