Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium cooked potatoes, sliced
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    cheese slices
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons
    butter
    in
    skillet
    over low heat. Add flour and
    salt.
    Continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
    Gradually
    add
    milk
    and stir constantly to
    prevent
    lumping.
    Cook
    until
    mixture
    thickens. Place layers of
    potatoes and mixture in buttered baking dish. Dot each layer
    with remaining butter and cheese slices.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
