Best Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs or Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until lightly browned; add flour and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Stir in corn, baking powder and egg.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Cover with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
