Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in cocoa and cook 1 minute.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until smooth.
    Spread on cake or brownies.
