Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg white
    2 1/2 tsp. water
    4 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Beat egg white and water; add to sugar mixture. Beat until well blended. Gradually add pecan halves and stir until well coated with glaze. Place nuts on greased baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and store in airtight container.
