Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, crusts removed or crescent roll dough
1 stick margarine, melted
1 lb. mild sausage or bacon
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
salt
pepper
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Place bread in greased glass dish; pour margarine over bread. Place browned, drained meat over bread.
Mix together eggs, mustard, milk, salt and pepper; pour over meat and bread.
