Yellow Biscuit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    10 Tbsp. sugar
    10 Tbsp. flour
    1 lemon peel, grated
    1 1/4 lb. salt-free butter
    1 small box vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Separate the eggs.
    Add all the sugar to egg yolks, plus the lemon peel.
    Beat until nice and fluffy on high speed, about 15 minutes.
    Fold in flour.
    Whip the egg whites until fluffy.
    Add to the egg yolk mixture.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Grease 9-inch pans and line the bottom with wax paper.
    Make four separate layers.
    Let it cool before frosting.
