Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar gradually. Add flour and baking powder.
Heat milk with butter until almost boiling. Add vanilla and hot milk mixture to batter and mix well. Grease pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Test cake.
Let cool and remove from pan.
