Cup Of Gold Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 winter squash (acorn, butternut)
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 oranges, peeled and cut into sections
Preparation
    Cut squash in half.
    Scoop out seeds.
    Place, cut side down in shallow baking pan filled with 1/4-inch water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Turn squash.
    Fill each center with 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1/2 tablespoon butter and 4 to 5 orange sections. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes longer.
