Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, whipped
1 c. crunchy or smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 c. frosting sugar
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 chocolate cookie or graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix cheese and peanut butter. Mix the frosting sugar in slowly, then beat until fluffy.
Gradually add Cool Whip and mix until smooth.
Pour in pie shell and freeze 8 hours or overnight. Can garnish with chocolate curls.
Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before cutting.
