Veal Scallopini With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. veal scallopini
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    4 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
    4 Tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed Italian style tomatoes
    flour
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 finely minced garlic cloves
    4 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
    1 c. Marsala wine
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    garlic powder
    lemon pepper
    bay leaf
    thick slice of onion
Preparation
    Place these ingredients on top of each shank.
    Pour 1 cup or less of water in bottom of casserole along with about 1/2 cup white wine.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours, covered.
