Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can green chilies
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
corn tortillas
Preparation

In blender, mix together the first 5 ingredients.
Add 1 cup of the cheese; divide mixture in half.
Stir chicken into 1/2 of the mixture.
Heat tortillas.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture in the middle of tortilla.
Fold over and place, seam side down, in pan.
After making the desired amount, pour other half of mixture over the tortillas.
Sprinkle with other half of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 16.
