Pasta Salad Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. uncooked spiral pasta
    4 medium carrots, sliced
    3 celery ribs, sliced
    1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 medium green pepper, julienned
    1 can (6 oz.) pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced
    1 jar (4-1/2 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; add the next nine ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
