Date Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. nuts
    whipped cream
    cherries (to garnish)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and baking powder; add to well beaten egg yolks.
    Add dates and nuts.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake for 30 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream and cherry on top.
