Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. croutons
    1 c. shredded cheese (natural or sharp)
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
    4 slices bacon, crisped, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In bottom of a greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish, combine croutons and shredded cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper.
    Mix until blended. Pour over crouton mixture.
    Sprinkle bacon over top of casserole.
